How to join a Telegram Channel?

Now that you've found a Telegram channel that piques your interest, here's a step-by-step guide on how to join the channel depending on the device you're using. iPhone and Android apps have a slightly different process.

On Android

On your Android smartphone, open the Telegram app and tap the Search button in the upper right corner.

Now, enter the name of the Telegram channel you want to join and select it from the search results.

This will open the Telegram channel. You can browse around to see the latest updates.

When you are ready to join the channel, just click on the "Join" button.

On iPhone

If you are using an iPhone, open the Telegram app and go to the Chat tab.

From there, tap on the search bar at the top of the screen. If you can't see it, scroll down.

Here, enter the name of the Telegram channel you want to join.

Then, select it from the search results.

To join a channel, simply click the "Join" button.

You are now subscribed to the channel. You will find the channel in the "Chat" tab, along with all other conversations. You will be notified when the channel shares updates.

On PC/ laptop

· Go to your web browser, open Telegram Web (https://web.telegram.org/) and follow the on-screen instructions to login. Another option is to download Telegram Desktop app (https://desktop.telegram.org/) and install it on your Windows or MacOS computer

· Once you've set up Telegram on your PC, search for the channel you want to join. It is recommended to put an @ sign before the channel's name for accurate results

· From the search results, click on the channel you wish to join to open it

· Now, tap on the three dots menu at the top right corner of the screen

· Click on Join channel

Once you've joined or subscribed to the channel, you can find it in the Chats tab on Android and iOS devices and on the left side of the desktop app on the PC with other conversations. If the Telegram notifications are enabled, you will be notified whenever a new message is posted on the channel.
