Retrieve Data From Website Or Web Service, Add To Mysql Database
See below real example:
"First of all you need to be able to access this website:
www.zillow.com
If you cant see it you might be able to access it by changing your proxy to a US one. If you still cant see then project cannot be done in you area.
If you can see that site, then what is needed is for a script to check a database (the database is already done) for adresses and check that address to check basic data in Zillow. Then retrieve that data and add to the database for that address.
Here is some of the data that can be retrieved:
Full address The complete address for the property:
Street address
ZIP code
City
State
Latitude
Longitude
Zestimate data Zestimate related data:
Zestimate (in $)
Last updated date
30-day change (in $)
Valuation range (high) (in $)
Valuation range (low) (in $)
Percentile (?)
Also square footage is needed (if not already included in other data above)
