When you submit your advertiser verification form, it alwasy faield, show you error message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. [OR_AMF_04] OR_AMF_04 "

The solution is to change the payer name , make it as same as your company registration name or that on the file you just uploaded.

Then do the verification again, the form submission will be successful.
