What kind of information can be considered open source?

Information or data may be considered open source if it:

1. Created for public audiences (such as news channels and newspaper content).

2. Free and open to the public.

3 Available to the public upon payment of a fee (e.g. books, periodicals, magazines, digital libraries).

4. Data collected without permission or in violation of data protection laws.

5. Readable on the Surface Web (e.g., on social media platforms and all content accessed through search engines), on the Deep Web (including historical archived information), or on the Darknet.

6. Information that can be found using advanced search engine operators such as Google dorks or Bing search operators.

7. Information presented in a public meeting/discussion or audible by any ordinary observer.
